Overview
The job involved the remodelling of the first and second floors to form two flats.
The uppermost flat was to have a roof terrace above. The job required building an additional storey onto the back addition as well as fitting out both flats.
Here we have a substantial redevelopment of roof space. We removed the existing butterfly or invert roof to create a raised roof terrace with walk on roof light thus allowing a raised ceiling height on the floor below.
